Bob Benezette of Lansing, Mich., program manager of research, development and planning at General Motors. Benezette earned a bachelor of arts degree in economics and bachelor of science and master of science degrees in engineering management from UMR in 1971, 1972 and 1973, respectively. After graduating from UMR, Benezette joined General Motors and has been a recruiter for the company for 30 years. For the past 13 years, he has served as team coordinator for university relations between General Motors and UMR.
