The Academy has full meetings in the Spring and Fall, usually held in Rolla. Inductions of new members may be held at either time. The Fall meeting is held in conjunction with Homecoming.

A typical meeting plan would be:

• Subcommittee/program meetings, Thursday afternoon
• Induction banquet, Thursday evening
• Business meeting, Friday morning
• Special lunch or event, Friday noon

Other activities, such as picnics, are scheduled from time to time.
